2 cups of oatmeal
¼ cup of unsalted trek-mix (raisons, almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflowers seeds)
1 medium orange
¼ cup of egg whites
1 banana (aged preferred)
1 TBL of organic blue agave sweetener
1 tsp of cinnamon
1TBL virgin olive oil

Directions

Directions

In a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mash using hand. On a cookie sheet grease the pan with olive oil.

With a spoon form a rectangular shape using batter.

Cook at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 6.
