Kiwi Strawberry Delight

1 banana
1 scoop of natural whey isolate
1/2 cup of egg whites
1 TBL of cinnamon
1 TBL of organic agave sweetener
Mint leaves
Strawberries
Kiwi
Ice

Directions

In a bowl whip together ½ cup egg whites, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 scoop of natural whey isolate. Pour into low-medium hot pan sprayed with olive oil. Create pancake.

In a blender, blend 3 mint leaves, 1 kiwi, 4 ice cubes, 1 TBL of agave sweetener and just a little soda water. Make sure the mixture is thick. Take 1 banana and snip both ends. Hollow the center by using an apple core remover. In a pan Sautee the banana in 1 TBL of virgin olive, 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

Pour the mixture from the blender into the center of the banana. Cork off the ends with the excess banana.Take the banana and wrap it up in the pancake.
