Apple Protein Roll

1 cup of egg whites
1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
2 capful of vanilla extract
3 tsp of cinnamon
1TBL of extra virgin olive oil
1 apple
½ Cup of un-sweetened apple sauce
1 TBL of apple butter

Directions

Directions

Combine egg whites, vanilla whey protein,1 capful of vanilla extract and 2 tsp of cinnamon in a mixing bowl. Beat ingredients till whipped.

In a sauce pan, spray pan with olive oil. Pour in mixture. Shake often till top is firm. Flip
and cook other side. Cook stove top at medium- medium low.

In another sauce pan add 1 diced apple with 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1 capful of vanilla extract. Sear ingredients till apples are golden brown. Cook at medium-medium low.

*Place pancake on plate. Rub 1TBL of Apple butter on entire pancake. Pour in ½ seared apples onto pancake. Roll up pancake. Add ½ cup of un-sweetened apple sauce to pan. Mix with rest of seared apples. Pour over on top of roll.
